CARE IN YOUR AREA
Explore the area
Membership with PrimaryMD in Palo Alto pairs you with a physician-led team of four and puts a care network center in your own downtown. Your team collects your records, sits down with you for a two-hour intake, and builds a baseline covering blood work, whole-genome sequencing, sleep, and physiology, then writes a plan with a clear next step for every finding. Physician visits take place at PrimaryMD San Mateo or by video. Close to home, the Palo Alto Center in our care network is where you go for lab work, urgent needs, and after-hours care.
Downtown, just off University Avenue, the Palo Alto Center is at 555 Middlefield Road, Suite 102. Its weekday hours run from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., and on Saturday and Sunday it is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. For physician visits, Caltrain connects the two downtowns: PrimaryMD San Mateo, at 101 South San Mateo Drive, sees members on weekdays, opening at 8:30 a.m. and closing at 5:30 p.m. The San Francisco 24/7 Center on Van Ness Avenue, up in the city, is open 24/7.
Traditional primary care panels often run into the thousands. Each PrimaryMD care team is capped at 150 members, so your team has time to know you.

Discuss care in your areaConcierge care improves time and access, and PrimaryMD pairs them with judgment. Plenty can be measured; the harder work is deciding which results matter for you. Your team gives each one a next step, whether that means acting, watching, repeating, referring, or leaving it alone, and coordinates the specialists and records that follow. With no supplements to sell and no markup on tests, we have no reason to recommend more than you need.

HOW MEMBERSHIP WORKS
PrimaryMD brings primary care, prevention, and ongoing follow-through into one physician-led relationship. Your care team gets to know your history, priorities, and daily life, then works with you on a plan that can evolve over time.
Begin with your health history, questions, and goals. Your physician uses that context to guide a meaningful baseline assessment.
Work with a dedicated care team on shared priorities and practical next steps, with support for everyday primary care.
Return to your plan through recurring clinical review. Your team brings new information and changing needs into the conversation.
MEMBERSHIP AT A GLANCE
Membership is not health insurance. Insurance remains important for hospital care, specialists, procedures, medications, and services outside the membership.
