Where you’re seen

  1. PrimaryMD clinics

    Where you see your physician in person: SoHo and Hudson Yards in Manhattan, and San Mateo on the Peninsula. You can also see your physician by video.

  2. Our care network

    Centers for lab work, urgent needs, and after-hours care, including locations open 24/7. Your PrimaryMD team follows up on any visit there and updates your plan.

  3. At home

    Blood work drawn at home by a mobile phlebotomist, and a seven-night in-home sleep study at intake.

Where are PrimaryMD’s clinics?

PrimaryMD has three clinics: PrimaryMD Hudson Yards at 503 West 35th Street #2R and PrimaryMD San Mateo at 101 South San Mateo Drive, Suite 311, both open Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and PrimaryMD SoHo, our flagship at 430 West Broadway, 2nd Floor, opening November 2026.

What is the PrimaryMD care network?

Our care network centers handle lab work, urgent needs, and after-hours care close to where members live and work. New York has six, including the Upper East Side 24/7 Center, and the Bay Area has two, including the San Francisco 24/7 Center on Van Ness Avenue.

Does PrimaryMD offer concierge medicine in Los Angeles?

Yes, as a remote membership. Your physician-led team works with you by video, phone, and text, blood is drawn at home, and in-person care happens at our centers in Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, and Manhattan Beach. PrimaryMD books every visit and stays the quarterback.

How much does membership cost?

$1,500 per month, billed annually ($18,000 per year), and the price is the same in every market. Membership is for adults and is not health insurance.
