With PrimaryMD in the Hamptons, one physician-led team of four looks after you out east and in the city, so your history and your plan go wherever you are. Membership begins with a two-hour intake and a six-week baseline, then continues with quarterly physician reviews and a monthly exercise physiology session. Blood work is drawn at your house by a mobile phlebotomist, even out east, and check-ins happen by video, phone, or text. Physician visits take place at PrimaryMD Hudson Yards or PrimaryMD SoHo, or by video, and the Hamptons Center in Water Mill, part of our care network, handles lab work and urgent needs.
The Hamptons Center sits at 760 Montauk Highway in Water Mill, between Southampton and Bridgehampton, and is open every day, weekends included, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Back in Manhattan, PrimaryMD Hudson Yards at 503 West 35th Street and PrimaryMD SoHo at 430 West Broadway keep clinic hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, and our Upper East Side 24/7 Center stays open overnight. The LIRR Montauk Branch and the Hampton Jitney link the two.
Traditional primary care panels often run into the thousands. Each PrimaryMD care team is capped at 150 members, so your team has time to know you.

Yes. The Hamptons Center at 760 Montauk Highway in Water Mill is part of our care network and is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for lab work and urgent needs. Physician visits take place by video from the East End or in person at PrimaryMD Hudson Yards or PrimaryMD SoHo in Manhattan.
On weekends, yes: the Hamptons Center in Water Mill keeps the same 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. hours on Saturday and Sunday, but it closes in the evening. For an emergency, call 911. Back in the city, the Upper East Side 24/7 Center never closes, and your PrimaryMD team follows up on any visit, wherever it happens.
Yes. Same-day access by video or text connects you with the same physician you see in the city, and a mobile phlebotomist draws your blood work at your house in the Hamptons.
