PrimaryMD members in New York City have their own physician-led team of four: a lead physician, an exercise physiologist, a care coordinator, and a medical assistant who know their history, goals, and daily life. Membership starts with a two-hour intake and a full baseline, continues with a quarterly review built around one focus, and includes blood work drawn at home or at the office. You see your physician at PrimaryMD Hudson Yards, and our care network covers lab work, urgent needs, and after-hours care. Our flagship, PrimaryMD SoHo, opens in November 2026.

Our care network adds six more places to be seen. The Upper East Side 24/7 Center at 170 East 77th Street is open around the clock. The Fifth Avenue Center faces Central Park, the Tribeca Center is downtown, and the Gramercy Center is just off Fifth Avenue on 22nd Street. At 503 West 35th Street, our Hudson Yards clinic and our Hudson Yards Center share one building. Out east, the Hamptons Center in Water Mill is open daily. Wherever you are seen, the visit comes back to the same PrimaryMD team and the same plan.

Traditional primary care panels often run into the thousands. Each PrimaryMD care team is capped at 150 members, so your team has time to know you.

How is PrimaryMD different from other concierge doctors in New York?

Concierge care improves time and access. PrimaryMD uses that time within a broader model: one physician-led team builds a clear picture of your health, decides with you what to act on now, what to watch, and what to leave alone, and follows through across specialists, records, and urgent visits. We sell no supplements and do not mark up tests, so every recommendation, including the advice to do less, carries no hidden motive.

OUR CLINICAL LEADERSHIP

Meet the physicians.

Get to know the physicians helping shape PrimaryMD’s approach to care. Our membership team can explain the care team and availability in your area.

HOW MEMBERSHIP WORKS

A clear beginning. Care that continues.

PrimaryMD brings primary care, prevention, and ongoing follow-through into one physician-led relationship. Your care team gets to know your history, priorities, and daily life, then works with you on a plan that can evolve over time.

  1. Understand your starting point

Begin with your health history, questions, and goals. Your physician uses that context to guide a meaningful baseline assessment.

  2. Build the relationship

Work with a dedicated care team on shared priorities and practical next steps, with support for everyday primary care.

  3. Review and adapt

Return to your plan through recurring clinical review. Your team brings new information and changing needs into the conversation.

MEMBERSHIP AT A GLANCE

One membership.
A continuing relationship.

  • A dedicated physician-led care team
  • Comprehensive intake and an individualized care plan
  • Recurring clinical review and coordinated follow-through

Membership is not health insurance. Insurance remains important for hospital care, specialists, procedures, medications, and services outside the membership.
