If you live or work in DUMBO, PrimaryMD membership gives you one physician-led team of four who knows your health in detail and plans with you. The baseline covers blood work, whole-genome sequencing, a seven-night in-home sleep study, and DEXA, VO2 max, resting metabolic rate, and grip strength, followed by a monthly session with your exercise physiologist. You meet your physician at PrimaryMD SoHo, our flagship, or by video. The Tribeca Center, part of our care network, is there for lab work, urgent needs, and after-hours care.
Two subway stations are close by. From York Street, the F heads into Manhattan and up to 23rd Street; the Gramercy Center, at 11 East 22nd Street, is nearby and sees members Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. From High Street, the A and C reach Chambers Street for the Tribeca Center at 255 Greenwich Street, 5th Floor, open daily 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., and the C goes on to Spring Street, within walking distance of PrimaryMD SoHo at 430 West Broadway.
Traditional primary care panels often run into the thousands. Each PrimaryMD care team is capped at 150 members, so your team has time to know you.

Across the East River, the Tribeca Center at 255 Greenwich Street, 5th Floor, is closest to DUMBO; it belongs to our care network and opens daily at 7:30 a.m., closing at 7:30 p.m. PrimaryMD SoHo at 430 West Broadway is where you see your physician, Monday to Friday.
Can I be seen after hours near DUMBO?
Yes. The Tribeca Center is open for visits until 7:30 p.m. seven days a week, and overnight the Upper East Side 24/7 Center takes over, with your care team following up either way. For an emergency, call 911.
Can I see my physician quickly from DUMBO?
Yes. You can reach your physician the same day, whether by text, by video, or in person at PrimaryMD SoHo.
