A PrimaryMD membership in Greenpoint pairs you with a physician-led team of four who keep the whole picture of your health in one place, from records and specialist notes to family history. It starts with a two-hour intake and a baseline, then settles into quarterly physician reviews, monthly exercise physiology sessions, and blood draws at home or at work. Your physician sees you at PrimaryMD SoHo, our flagship, at PrimaryMD Hudson Yards, or on video. Our care network's Gramercy Center handles weekday lab work and urgent needs, and the Hudson Yards Center stays open into the evening.
From Greenpoint, the G works in both directions. North to Court Square, it meets the 7 train to 34th Street-Hudson Yards, where PrimaryMD Hudson Yards sits at 503 West 35th Street and the Hudson Yards Center one floor up is open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. South to Metropolitan Avenue, change to the L for Union Square, then walk to the Gramercy Center at 11 East 22nd Street, 3rd Floor, which keeps weekday hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. NYC Ferry service from Greenpoint also crosses to Manhattan.

Where is the closest PrimaryMD location to Greenpoint?
PrimaryMD SoHo, our flagship at 430 West Broadway, is the closest place to see your physician, open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The Gramercy Center at 11 East 22nd Street, 3rd Floor, part of our care network, keeps weekday hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Can I be seen after hours near Greenpoint?
Yes. The Hudson Yards Center, reachable on the G and 7 trains, is open until 8 p.m. every day, and overnight care is available at the Upper East Side 24/7 Center; your team follows up on any visit. For an emergency, call 911.
Do I need to go into the city for blood work?
No. A mobile phlebotomist draws your blood at home in Greenpoint or at your office, and your physician reviews every result with you.
