In SoHo, PrimaryMD membership means a physician-led team of four based right in the neighborhood, at our flagship on West Broadway, where you see your physician in person. It starts with learning your story, gathering records, imaging, medications, specialist notes, and family history, then moves to a two-hour intake and a full baseline. Every quarter, your physician reviews your results and priorities with you. Blood work is drawn at home or at the office, and our care network's Tribeca Center handles urgent needs and after-hours care.
The flagship is at 430 West Broadway, between Prince and Spring Streets, close to the C and E at Spring Street and the R and W at Prince Street, and it welcomes members Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. When the clinic is closed, the Tribeca Center at 255 Greenwich Street, 5th Floor, part of our care network, is open seven days a week, 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.; the C runs from Spring Street to Chambers Street nearby. Overnight, the Upper East Side 24/7 Center is open around the clock.
Traditional primary care panels often run into the thousands. Each PrimaryMD care team is capped at 150 members, so your team has time to know you.
