For people who live or work in the Flatiron District, PrimaryMD provides a physician-led team of four that looks after your health as one ongoing relationship. Membership opens with a two-hour intake and a full baseline, including DEXA, VO2 max, resting metabolic rate, and grip strength with a clinical exercise physiologist, then a monthly exercise physiology session. A mobile phlebotomist draws blood at home or at work. Physician visits take place at PrimaryMD SoHo or PrimaryMD Hudson Yards. For weekday lab work and urgent needs, the nearest stop is the Gramercy Center, part of our care network.
The Gramercy Center is at 11 East 22nd Street on the 3rd Floor, near the 23rd Street stations, and keeps weekday hours, Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. From 23rd Street, the R or W runs straight down to Prince Street for PrimaryMD SoHo, our flagship at 430 West Broadway, which sees members 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. After hours and on weekends, the Hudson Yards Center at 503 West 35th Street is open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Our care network's Gramercy Center, at 11 East 22nd Street, 3rd Floor, is closest and open Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Physician visits are at PrimaryMD SoHo (430 West Broadway) or PrimaryMD Hudson Yards (503 West 35th Street).
Can I be seen after hours near the Flatiron District?
Yes. When the Gramercy Center closes at 5 p.m., the Hudson Yards Center is open until 8 p.m. any day of the week, and the Upper East Side 24/7 Center is open overnight. Your PrimaryMD team picks up the follow-up.
What does PrimaryMD membership include?
