Join PrimaryMD in Gramercy and you get a physician-led team of four that learns your history once and carries it forward, so you are not retelling your story at each visit. Membership includes a two-hour intake, whole-genome sequencing, a seven-night sleep study at home, and blood work drawn at home or at the office, all brought together in one prioritized plan. Physician visits are at PrimaryMD SoHo or PrimaryMD Hudson Yards, or by video. Our care network's Gramercy Center, close to home on East 22nd Street, handles weekday lab work and urgent needs.
Close by, the Gramercy Center sits at 11 East 22nd Street on the 3rd Floor, walkable from Union Square and open Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. For physician visits, the R or W from Union Square runs to Prince Street, near PrimaryMD SoHo at 430 West Broadway, open from 8:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. The L crosstown to Eighth Avenue, then the A, C, or E up to Penn Station, brings you near PrimaryMD Hudson Yards at 503 West 35th Street.

The Gramercy Center, part of our care network, is at 11 East 22nd Street, 3rd Floor, and is open Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The nearest clinic for physician visits is PrimaryMD SoHo, our flagship at 430 West Broadway.
Can I be seen after hours near Gramercy?
Yes. Outside the Gramercy Center's weekday hours, our Hudson Yards Center is open daily until 8 p.m., and the Upper East Side 24/7 Center is open all night; your care team follows up afterward.
Can my blood work be done at home?
Yes. A mobile phlebotomist comes to your home or office for your two comprehensive panels and two additional draws each year.

What does membership cost?
