Membership with PrimaryMD in Hudson Yards is built around a physician-led team of four at PrimaryMD Hudson Yards, 503 West 35th Street, where you see your physician in person. Your team spends the first six weeks gathering your history, holding a two-hour intake, and completing a baseline that includes a seven-night sleep study at home and fitness testing with a clinical exercise physiologist, then writes one prioritized plan. One floor up, the Hudson Yards Center, part of our care network, is open daily for lab work and urgent needs.
Both locations are at 503 West 35th Street, near the 7 train's Hudson Yards station and a short walk from Penn Station. The clinic, on the 2nd Floor, is open Monday to Friday; hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Upstairs on the 3rd Floor, the Hudson Yards Center keeps longer hours, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day. Later at night, members can use the Upper East Side 24/7 Center, 170 East 77th Street, which is open 24/7.
Traditional primary care panels often run into the thousands. Each PrimaryMD care team is capped at 150 members, so your team has time to know you.
