Our care network's Upper East Side 24/7 Center, uptown on East 77th Street, handles lab work, urgent needs, and after-hours care.
From Sutton Place, the 6 at 59th Street heads uptown to 77th Street, where our Upper East Side 24/7 Center at 170 East 77th Street stays open day and night. Facing Central Park at 945 Fifth Avenue, the Fifth Avenue Center is open every day between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. For physician visits, the E from Lexington Avenue and 53rd Street runs to Penn Station, a short walk from PrimaryMD Hudson Yards at 503 West 35th Street, which keeps Monday to Friday hours, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
