On the Upper East Side, PrimaryMD pairs you with a physician-led team of four, and two of our care network centers are right in the neighborhood for lab work, urgent needs, and after-hours care. Membership begins by gathering your records and family history, continues with a two-hour intake and a full baseline, and settles into quarterly reviews built around one focus at a time. Blood work is drawn at home or at the office. For physician visits, you go to PrimaryMD Hudson Yards or PrimaryMD SoHo, or meet by video.
At 170 East 77th Street, by the 6 train's 77th Street station, our Upper East Side 24/7 Center is open around the clock. The Fifth Avenue Center sits across from Central Park at 945 Fifth Avenue and is open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily. For physician visits, take the 6 to Grand Central and the 7 to Hudson Yards, where PrimaryMD Hudson Yards at 503 West 35th Street is open Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. From Second Avenue, the Q to Times Square connects to the 7 as well.
