Blood work is drawn at home or at the office. One floor above the clinic, our care network's Hudson Yards Center handles lab work, urgent needs, and evening care.
Your two closest options share one address, 503 West 35th Street. On the 2nd Floor, PrimaryMD Hudson Yards holds physician visits Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; on the 3rd Floor, the Hudson Yards Center is open every day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. From Chelsea, the C or E at 23rd Street runs to Penn Station, a short walk away, and the High Line ends right at Hudson Yards. For weekday lab visits, the Gramercy Center at 11 East 22nd Street is a crosstown ride along 23rd Street.

Yes. The Hudson Yards Center, upstairs from the clinic, stays open until 8 p.m. seven days a week, and later than that the Upper East Side 24/7 Center is open. Your care team hears about any after-hours visit and follows up.
