CARE IN YOUR AREA
Explore the area
If you live in the West Village, PrimaryMD gives you a physician-led team of four who get to know you well enough to tell what matters now and what can wait. It begins with a two-hour intake and a baseline built over six weeks: DEXA and VO2 max testing, a sleep study done over seven nights at home, and blood drawn at home or at your office. Afterward, you meet your physician every quarter to review one focus at a time. In person, visits are at PrimaryMD SoHo, and our care network's Tribeca Center is there for lab work and urgent needs seven days a week.
For physician visits, the C or E from 14th Street stops at Spring Street, near PrimaryMD SoHo at 430 West Broadway, which is open Monday to Friday with hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. For lab work or an urgent visit, the 1 train runs south to Chambers Street, close to the Tribeca Center at 255 Greenwich Street, 5th Floor, which opens at 7:30 a.m. every day and closes at 7:30 p.m. If you would rather walk north, the High Line runs from Gansevoort Street to Hudson Yards, home to PrimaryMD Hudson Yards.
Traditional primary care panels often run into the thousands. Each PrimaryMD care team is capped at 150 members, so your team has time to know you.
PLAN YOUR VISIT
Explore the locations below, then talk with our membership team about your location and the available options for care.
Discuss care in your areaConcierge care improves time and access, and PrimaryMD offers both in the West Village; what it adds is a team that treats fitness, sleep, and metabolic health as part of primary care. Your exercise physiologist measures DEXA, VO2 max, resting metabolic rate, and grip strength, then works with you monthly, and your physician ties those results to your blood work and quarterly reviews. We have nothing to sell you: no supplements, no markup on tests.

HOW MEMBERSHIP WORKS
PrimaryMD brings primary care, prevention, and ongoing follow-through into one physician-led relationship. Your care team gets to know your history, priorities, and daily life, then works with you on a plan that can evolve over time.
Begin with your health history, questions, and goals. Your physician uses that context to guide a meaningful baseline assessment.
Work with a dedicated care team on shared priorities and practical next steps, with support for everyday primary care.
Return to your plan through recurring clinical review. Your team brings new information and changing needs into the conversation.
MEMBERSHIP AT A GLANCE
Membership is not health insurance. Insurance remains important for hospital care, specialists, procedures, medications, and services outside the membership.
