CARE IN YOUR AREA
Explore the area
NoHo members work with a PrimaryMD physician-led team of four, and their in-person physician visits take place at PrimaryMD SoHo, our flagship across Houston Street. The first weeks are spent learning your story, from records and specialist notes to family history, before a two-hour intake and a full baseline that includes whole-genome sequencing. The result is one prioritized plan with a next step for every finding. Our care network adds the Gramercy Center and the Tribeca Center for lab work, urgent needs, and after-hours care.
PrimaryMD SoHo sits at 430 West Broadway, between Prince and Spring Streets, and sees members 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday; from NoHo it is a short walk south across Houston Street and over to West Broadway. For weekday lab work, the 6 from Bleecker Street runs to 23rd Street, near the Gramercy Center at 11 East 22nd Street, which keeps Monday to Friday hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Tribeca Center, open daily until 7:30 p.m., covers evenings and weekends.
Traditional primary care panels often run into the thousands. Each PrimaryMD care team is capped at 150 members, so your team has time to know you.
PLAN YOUR VISIT
Explore the locations below, then talk with our membership team about your location and the available options for care.
Discuss care in your areaConcierge care improves time and access, and PrimaryMD gives NoHo members both, along with a practice that is comfortable recommending less. After your baseline, your physician sorts each finding into act, monitor, repeat, refer, or leave alone, and explains the reasoning. We sell no supplements and do not mark up tests, so nothing gets added to your plan unless your health calls for it.
OUR CLINICAL LEADERSHIP

HOW MEMBERSHIP WORKS
PrimaryMD brings primary care, prevention, and ongoing follow-through into one physician-led relationship. Your care team gets to know your history, priorities, and daily life, then works with you on a plan that can evolve over time.
Begin with your health history, questions, and goals. Your physician uses that context to guide a meaningful baseline assessment.
Work with a dedicated care team on shared priorities and practical next steps, with support for everyday primary care.
Return to your plan through recurring clinical review. Your team brings new information and changing needs into the conversation.
MEMBERSHIP AT A GLANCE
Membership is not health insurance. Insurance remains important for hospital care, specialists, procedures, medications, and services outside the membership.
