In Battery Park City, PrimaryMD care runs through one physician-led team of four: your lead physician, exercise physiologist, care coordinator, and medical assistant, who come to know you over time. Your first six weeks gather your records, center on a two-hour intake, and end with one prioritized plan. Physician visits happen at PrimaryMD SoHo, our flagship, or by video. For lab work, urgent needs, and after-hours care, the Tribeca Center, part of our care network, is the closest stop.
Two places cover most of your in-person care. Just across West Street, the Tribeca Center at 255 Greenwich Street, 5th Floor, keeps hours from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. every day. For physician visits, the E train from World Trade Center runs to Spring Street, close to PrimaryMD SoHo at 430 West Broadway, where appointments run Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Overnight, our Upper East Side 24/7 Center on East 77th Street never closes.
Traditional primary care panels often run into the thousands. Each PrimaryMD care team is capped at 150 members, so your team has time to know you.
