Care starts with a two-hour intake and a baseline built over your first six weeks, then a quarterly review of results and priorities, with blood work drawn at home or at the office. In person, you see your physician at PrimaryMD SoHo, our flagship at 430 West Broadway. For lab work, urgent needs, and after-hours care, the Tribeca Center at 255 Greenwich Street, part of our care network, is closest.
Both are close to home. The Tribeca Center is on the 5th Floor at 255 Greenwich Street, a short walk from the 1 train at Chambers Street, and is open daily, 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. PrimaryMD SoHo, at 430 West Broadway, is about a mile straight up West Broadway, where physician visits run weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. For anything urgent overnight, the Upper East Side 24/7 Center is part of the same care network.
Traditional primary care panels often run into the thousands. Each PrimaryMD care team is capped at 150 members, so your team has time to know you.

Where is the closest PrimaryMD location to Tribeca?

Can I be seen after hours near Tribeca?
The Tribeca Center is open into the evening every day, and the Upper East Side 24/7 Center is open around the clock. Your PrimaryMD team follows up on any after-hours visit.
Do I need to come in for blood work?
No. Routine blood work is drawn at your home or office by a mobile phlebotomist, and your physician reviews the results with you.

What does membership cost?
