Greenwich Village members of PrimaryMD are cared for by a physician-led team of four and see their physician at PrimaryMD SoHo, our flagship just south of Houston Street. The relationship starts with six weeks of groundwork: gathering records and family history, a two-hour intake, and a baseline that becomes one prioritized plan. After that, a quarterly review takes on one focus at a time, and blood work comes to your home or office. For lab work, urgent needs, and evening visits, members use the Tribeca Center, part of our care network.
PrimaryMD SoHo is at 430 West Broadway, between Prince and Spring Streets, and is walkable from Washington Square; the C or E from West 4th Street also stops at Spring Street. The clinic sees members Monday to Friday, opening at 8:30 a.m. and closing at 5:30 p.m. Evenings and weekends, the Tribeca Center at 255 Greenwich Street, 5th Floor, keeps daily hours of 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., and on weekdays the Gramercy Center, 11 East 22nd Street, is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Traditional primary care panels often run into the thousands. Each PrimaryMD care team is capped at 150 members, so your team has time to know you.

Can I be seen after hours near Greenwich Village?
Yes. Our care network's Tribeca Center is open every day until 7:30 p.m., and the Upper East Side 24/7 Center stays open through the night. Your physician hears about the visit and updates your plan.
