On Williamsburg's North Side, PrimaryMD membership means a physician-led team of four who know your history and help you decide what matters most for your health right now. The work begins with a two-hour intake, whole-genome sequencing that is reinterpreted as the evidence evolves, and a baseline that becomes one plan. Physician visits are at PrimaryMD SoHo, our flagship, or by video. Our care network's Gramercy Center is closest for weekday lab work and urgent needs.
The L at Bedford Avenue is the simplest way in. Take it to 14th Street-Union Square and walk up to the Gramercy Center at 11 East 22nd Street, 3rd Floor, open weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. To see your physician, switch at Union Square to the R or W for Prince Street and PrimaryMD SoHo at 430 West Broadway, which sees members Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. For evenings and weekends, the Tribeca Center at 255 Greenwich Street keeps daily hours, 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
