From Bergen Street, the F connects at Jay Street-MetroTech to the C for Spring Street and PrimaryMD SoHo at 430 West Broadway, where physician visits run Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. For overnight needs, the Upper East Side 24/7 Center is also in our care network.
