Your first six weeks gather records and family history, include a two-hour intake, and end with one prioritized plan, which a quarterly physician review keeps current from then on. Physician visits happen at PrimaryMD SoHo, our flagship, or by video, while the Tribeca Center, part of our care network, handles lab work, urgent needs, and after-hours care.
Hoyt-Schermerhorn is the natural starting point. The C runs from there to Spring Street, and PrimaryMD SoHo at 430 West Broadway is a short walk away, with physician visits scheduled Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Both the A and the C also stop at Chambers Street, near 255 Greenwich Street, where the Tribeca Center, on the 5th Floor, is open every day from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. From the Hoyt Street station on Fulton Street, the 2 and 3 reach Chambers Street as well.

Can I be seen after hours near Boerum Hill?
Yes. The Tribeca Center takes evening visits until 7:30 p.m. every day, our Upper East Side 24/7 Center covers the hours after that, and your care team follows up on either visit. For an emergency, call 911.
Can blood work be done at home in Boerum Hill?
Yes. A mobile phlebotomist comes to your home or office for two comprehensive panels and two additional draws a year, and your physician walks you through the results.
