After a two-hour intake and a baseline built over six weeks, you get one prioritized plan, a quarterly physician review, and blood work drawn at home or at the office. Physician visits happen at PrimaryMD Hudson Yards or by video. One floor above the clinic, the Hudson Yards Center, part of our care network, covers lab work, urgent needs, and evening visits.
From Vernon Boulevard-Jackson Avenue or Hunters Point Avenue, the 7 runs straight to its last stop, 34th Street-Hudson Yards. At 503 West 35th Street, PrimaryMD Hudson Yards is on the 2nd Floor, with physician visits each weekday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and the Hudson Yards Center is on the 3rd Floor, open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Get off the 7 at Grand Central instead, and the 6 runs up to 77th Street, home of the Upper East Side 24/7 Center.
