THE SPACE

A first look inside.

We designed 430 West Broadway around the way care actually happens here: long conversations, careful testing, and the time in between. Nearly all of your testing happens on site, from blood draws to VO2 max and body composition. Warm wood, plaster, and natural light, in rooms made for two-hour visits rather than fifteen-minute ones.

THE DESIGN

No waiting room. A team of 150 doesn't need one.

Because each care team serves no more than 150 members, the space never has to manage a crowd. You're greeted by name and go straight to a private room. Consultations, exams, blood draws, and performance testing happen in one continuous space, so a visit feels less like an appointment and more like time with people who know you. The terrace is for members. Hudson Yards stays open, and your care team is the same wherever you're seen.

THE CARE MODEL

How membership works.

PrimaryMD is a physician-led medical home that connects comprehensive primary care, precision prevention, meaningful diagnostics, and continuous follow-through in one relationship. SoHo runs on the same model as every PrimaryMD clinic.

What every member gets

A dedicated physician-led team of four. A two-hour intake and a comprehensive baseline. Blood work four times a year, drawn at home or at the office. Whole-genome sequencing, interpreted for what's actionable. Physiology testing and a monthly session with your exercise physiologist. An in-home sleep study. Quarterly physician reviews. Specialist coordination, records, and insurance navigation. We sell no supplements and do not mark up tests.

THE WAITLIST

Join the SoHo waitlist.

  1. Tell us about you.

A few questions, about two minutes. Who you are, how to reach you, and what would make your care meaningfully better.

  2. A private preview.

Before we open, we'll invite you to walk the space with a member of the care team, see how a visit works, and ask anything.

  3. First access to founding panels.

Each SoHo care team is capped at 150 members. The waitlist hears first when a place opens, and we'll both make sure it's the right fit before anything starts.

No commitment. We only write when there's something worth knowing.

FAQ

When does PrimaryMD SoHo open?

November 2026. We'll confirm the exact date with the waitlist first. Until then, New York members are seen at Hudson Yards, at home for blood draws, and by video.

Where is it?

430 West Broadway in SoHo, between Prince and Spring Streets. It's a short walk from Tribeca, Nolita, and the West Village.

What does joining the waitlist get me?

An invitation to a private preview of the space before we open, and first access when a place opens on a founding SoHo physician's panel. There's no commitment, and membership is mutual: we'll both make sure it's the right fit.

Can I become a member before SoHo opens?

Membership is capped at 150 members per care team, so availability depends on open places on a physician's panel. Joining the waitlist is how we manage that fairly, and it's the fastest route to a fit conversation. Want to talk before then? Speak with our membership team.

What does membership cost?

$1,500 per month, billed annually, which is $18,000 per year. Adults only. Membership is not health insurance; keep your insurance for hospital care, specialists, procedures, and medications outside the membership.

What's included, and what happens at SoHo?

A dedicated physician-led team of four, a two-hour intake and comprehensive baseline, blood work four times a year at home or in the office, whole-genome sequencing, physiology testing with a monthly exercise physiology session, an in-home sleep study, quarterly physician reviews, and coordination of specialists, records, and insurance. Nearly all of your testing happens at SoHo, including blood draws, VO2 max, metabolic testing, strength and grip, and body composition with visceral fat. DEXA is arranged nearby by your care team. Imaging your physician recommends may carry separate costs.

How is PrimaryMD different from concierge medicine?

Concierge medicine is the closest familiar category, but access is only the starting point. PrimaryMD rebuilds the model around prevention and judgment: a dedicated care team serving no more than 150 members, a broad and longitudinal picture of your health, clean incentives, and one plan that stays current over time.

How is PrimaryMD different from a longevity clinic?

Longevity clinics typically focus on prevention and extending healthspan. PrimaryMD brings those priorities together with everyday primary care, chronic condition management, diagnostics, and care coordination. Your dedicated physician-led team keeps a full view of your health over time, using an ongoing baseline to guide both immediate care and long-term prevention in one evolving plan.

What happens after hours?

During regular hours, your PrimaryMD team handles ongoing and same-day care. After hours, 24/7 urgent care is included through our partner Sollis Health: by telemedicine around the clock, at the Upper East Side center, which is open 24/7, and at the Tribeca center during its daytime hours. Your PrimaryMD physician stays responsible for the long-term follow-through.
