It begins with your story, gathered from past records, specialist notes, and family history, then a two-hour intake, and the first six weeks end with a plan in which every finding has a next step. Much of the ongoing care reaches you at home: check-ins by video, phone, and text, and blood work drawn by a mobile phlebotomist. When you need to be seen, your physician is at PrimaryMD Hudson Yards or PrimaryMD SoHo.
By car from Tenafly, the George Washington Bridge brings you into Manhattan. The Fifth Avenue Center at 945 Fifth Avenue faces Central Park and is open every day from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and a short walk east, the Upper East Side 24/7 Center (170 East 77th Street) stays open through the night. Both are part of our care network, for lab work and urgent needs. Physician visits are at PrimaryMD Hudson Yards, 503 West 35th Street, or at PrimaryMD SoHo, our flagship at 430 West Broadway, Monday to Friday.

Yes. Your blood work, two comprehensive panels and two additional draws a year, is drawn at home or at your office by a mobile phlebotomist, and your physician walks you through the results.
