In Hoboken, PrimaryMD care comes from a physician-led team of four that knows your history and goals, on either side of the Hudson. Membership starts with a two-hour intake and a baseline built over six weeks, with blood work drawn where you live or work, whole-genome sequencing, and a sleep study run over seven nights at home. Your physician then reviews one focus with you every quarter. You see your physician in person at PrimaryMD Hudson Yards or PrimaryMD SoHo, or on video. For lab draws, urgent visits, and evenings, our care network's Hudson Yards Center and Tribeca Center are both open every day.
From Hoboken Terminal, PATH trains run to 33rd Street in Midtown and to the World Trade Center, and NY Waterway ferries cross to West 39th Street. The ferry lands on the West Side near PrimaryMD Hudson Yards at 503 West 35th Street, which is open Monday to Friday, with the Hudson Yards Center upstairs every day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Downtown, the Tribeca Center at 255 Greenwich Street, by the World Trade Center PATH, is open 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., seven days a week.

Where is the closest PrimaryMD location to Hoboken?
PrimaryMD Hudson Yards at 503 West 35th Street is the nearest clinic, seeing members between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday. For lab work and urgent needs, our care network's Hudson Yards Center in the same building and the Tribeca Center at 255 Greenwich Street are both open every day.
Can I be seen after hours near Hoboken?
Yes. On the West Side, the Hudson Yards Center is open until 8 p.m. daily; downtown, the Tribeca Center closes at 7:30 p.m.; and uptown, the Upper East Side 24/7 Center never closes. For an emergency, call 911. Your PrimaryMD team follows up on the visit.
How do I get into the city for appointments from Hoboken?
Take the PATH to 33rd Street or the World Trade Center, or the NY Waterway ferry to West 39th Street. Plenty of questions are handled by video, phone, or text, so you cross the river only when a visit needs to be in person.
