The Upper East Side 24/7 Center on East 77th Street never closes, and the Fifth Avenue Center, facing Central Park at 945 Fifth Avenue, is open daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. For physician visits, PrimaryMD Hudson Yards is at 503 West 35th Street, with clinic hours running 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
