From Scarsdale, the Harlem Line runs to Grand Central. PrimaryMD Hudson Yards is a direct 7 train ride from there, and the 6 train goes straight to 77th Street, steps from the Upper East Side 24/7 Center at 170 East 77th Street, which is open around the clock. The Fifth Avenue Center at 945 Fifth Avenue is a short walk west and open daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. PrimaryMD SoHo, our flagship, is also available when downtown suits your day better.
