CARE IN YOUR AREA
Explore the area
In Bronxville, PrimaryMD care comes from one physician-led team of four, where your lead physician works alongside a care coordinator, a medical assistant, and an exercise physiologist. Your first six weeks gather your records, include a two-hour intake, and end with one prioritized plan. From there, your physician reviews progress with you each quarter, and routine blood work is drawn at home by a mobile phlebotomist. Physician visits happen at PrimaryMD Hudson Yards, PrimaryMD SoHo, or by video, and our care network in Manhattan handles lab work, urgent needs, and after-hours care.
Bronxville is on the Metro-North Harlem Line, with trains into Grand Central. From there, the 7 train runs direct to PrimaryMD Hudson Yards at 503 West 35th Street, where physician visits run Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with our care network's Hudson Yards Center one floor up. Ride the 6 uptown instead and you come out at 77th Street, by the Upper East Side 24/7 Center, which never closes. The Fifth Avenue Center at 945 Fifth Avenue, across from Central Park, keeps daily hours of 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Traditional primary care panels often run into the thousands. Each PrimaryMD care team is capped at 150 members, so your team has time to know you.
PLAN YOUR VISIT
Explore the locations below, then talk with our membership team about your location and the available options for care.
Discuss care in your areaPrimaryMD gives Bronxville what concierge care is known for, more time and easier access, and then puts that time to work. Your team builds a baseline, sorts what to act on from what to watch or leave alone, and handles the referrals, records, and follow-up that tend to scatter across offices in Westchester and Manhattan. Because we sell no supplements and do not mark up tests, a recommendation to do nothing is as honest as one to do more.

HOW MEMBERSHIP WORKS
PrimaryMD brings primary care, prevention, and ongoing follow-through into one physician-led relationship. Your care team gets to know your history, priorities, and daily life, then works with you on a plan that can evolve over time.
Begin with your health history, questions, and goals. Your physician uses that context to guide a meaningful baseline assessment.
Work with a dedicated care team on shared priorities and practical next steps, with support for everyday primary care.
Return to your plan through recurring clinical review. Your team brings new information and changing needs into the conversation.
MEMBERSHIP AT A GLANCE
Membership is not health insurance. Insurance remains important for hospital care, specialists, procedures, medications, and services outside the membership.
