Membership with PrimaryMD in Manhasset gives you a physician-led team of four: your own physician, a medical assistant, a care coordinator, and an exercise physiologist. The first weeks go to gathering records, imaging, medications, and family history, followed by a two-hour intake and a plan in which every finding gets a next step. A monthly exercise physiology session follows your physiology testing, and your physician reviews one focus with you each quarter. In person, your physician sees you at PrimaryMD Hudson Yards or PrimaryMD SoHo, and our care network is there for lab work and urgent needs.
Manhasset's LIRR station is on the Port Washington Branch, with trains to Penn Station and to Grand Central Madison. PrimaryMD Hudson Yards, at 503 West 35th Street, is a short walk from Penn Station and sees members from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. From Grand Central Madison, the 6 train goes downtown to 23rd Street for the Gramercy Center at 11 East 22nd Street, open Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., or uptown to 77th Street for the Upper East Side 24/7 Center, open 24/7.
