CARE IN YOUR AREA
Explore the area
In Alamo, PrimaryMD members have a physician-led team of four, and the nearest place to see your physician in person is PrimaryMD San Mateo, our clinic on the Peninsula. Your history is gathered first, then comes a two-hour intake, and by week six you have one plan. From then on, you meet each quarter to review one focus, such as metabolic health, and have a monthly exercise physiology session. Blood work and the sleep study happen at home, many check-ins happen by video, and our care network adds lab work, urgent needs, and after-hours care.
From Alamo, I-680 north to SR-24 and the Caldecott Tunnel leads to the Bay Bridge and the city, and Walnut Creek BART on the Yellow Line is the other way in. In the city, the San Francisco 24/7 Center, part of our care network, is open 24/7 at 1005 Van Ness Avenue. For physician visits, I-680 south to I-580 and the San Mateo Bridge (SR-92) bring you to PrimaryMD San Mateo, 101 South San Mateo Drive (Suite 311), open weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Traditional primary care panels often run into the thousands. Each PrimaryMD care team is capped at 150 members, so your team has time to know you.
PLAN YOUR VISIT
Explore the locations below, then talk with our membership team about your location and the available options for care.
Discuss care in your areaConcierge care improves time and access, and PrimaryMD gives Alamo members both, then spends that time on one plan you can follow. The team works out with you what to act on and what to leave alone, follows through with specialists in the East Bay or on the Peninsula, and helps with insurance. We sell no supplements and do not mark up tests, and that keeps the advice about you.
OUR CLINICAL LEADERSHIP

HOW MEMBERSHIP WORKS
PrimaryMD brings primary care, prevention, and ongoing follow-through into one physician-led relationship. Your care team gets to know your history, priorities, and daily life, then works with you on a plan that can evolve over time.
Begin with your health history, questions, and goals. Your physician uses that context to guide a meaningful baseline assessment.
Work with a dedicated care team on shared priorities and practical next steps, with support for everyday primary care.
Return to your plan through recurring clinical review. Your team brings new information and changing needs into the conversation.
MEMBERSHIP AT A GLANCE
Membership is not health insurance. Insurance remains important for hospital care, specialists, procedures, medications, and services outside the membership.
