CARE IN YOUR AREA
Explore the area
With PrimaryMD, Danville members get a physician-led team of four that knows their health and their routines, from the first intake to the tenth quarterly review. Your records come together first, then a two-hour intake and a baseline with DEXA, VO2 max, whole-genome sequencing, and blood work drawn at home. The result is one prioritized plan. Physician visits happen at PrimaryMD San Mateo, our nearest clinic, or by video, while lab work, urgent needs, and after-hours care are available through our care network.
Danville sits on I-680 in the San Ramon Valley, and I-680 south to I-580 leads to the San Mateo Bridge (SR-92), the crossing to the Peninsula. PrimaryMD San Mateo is in downtown San Mateo at 101 South San Mateo Drive and sees members on weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. For round-the-clock needs, our care network has the San Francisco 24/7 Center at 1005 Van Ness Avenue, through the Caldecott Tunnel and over the Bay Bridge, and on weekday evenings the Palo Alto Center, 555 Middlefield Road, is open until 11 p.m.
Traditional primary care panels often run into the thousands. Each PrimaryMD care team is capped at 150 members, so your team has time to know you.

Discuss care in your areaFor Danville members, PrimaryMD provides the time and access of concierge care and then uses it to keep one plan moving. Your physician-led team reads your results as a whole, decides with you what to repeat, refer, or leave alone, and keeps specialists and records coordinated between visits. PrimaryMD sells no supplements and marks up no tests, so nothing is being sold alongside the advice.

HOW MEMBERSHIP WORKS
PrimaryMD brings primary care, prevention, and ongoing follow-through into one physician-led relationship. Your care team gets to know your history, priorities, and daily life, then works with you on a plan that can evolve over time.
Begin with your health history, questions, and goals. Your physician uses that context to guide a meaningful baseline assessment.
Work with a dedicated care team on shared priorities and practical next steps, with support for everyday primary care.
Return to your plan through recurring clinical review. Your team brings new information and changing needs into the conversation.
MEMBERSHIP AT A GLANCE
Membership is not health insurance. Insurance remains important for hospital care, specialists, procedures, medications, and services outside the membership.
