CARE IN YOUR AREA
Explore the area
For Moraga, PrimaryMD offers a physician-led team of four and care that comes to you more often than you go to it. At home, a mobile phlebotomist draws your blood and a seven-night sleep study runs in your bedroom; by video, your physician can walk you through results between visits. The first six weeks, including a two-hour intake, build the baseline behind one prioritized plan. PrimaryMD San Mateo is where you see your physician in person, and our care network handles lab work, urgent needs, and after-hours visits.
Moraga has no BART station of its own, but neighboring Lafayette and Orinda both have stations on BART's Yellow Line, and SR-24 heads west through the Caldecott Tunnel toward San Francisco. Once in the city, look for the San Francisco 24/7 Center at 1005 Van Ness Avenue, one of our care network centers; it never closes. PrimaryMD San Mateo, where you see your physician, is at 101 South San Mateo Drive and keeps a Monday to Friday schedule, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Traditional primary care panels often run into the thousands. Each PrimaryMD care team is capped at 150 members, so your team has time to know you.

Discuss care in your areaMoraga members get the time and access that concierge care offers, and PrimaryMD builds a broader model on top of it. One team keeps the full record, turns your baseline into priorities, and handles the specialist referrals and second opinions that often fall to you. What we recommend depends only on your results, since we sell no supplements and do not mark up tests.

HOW MEMBERSHIP WORKS
PrimaryMD brings primary care, prevention, and ongoing follow-through into one physician-led relationship. Your care team gets to know your history, priorities, and daily life, then works with you on a plan that can evolve over time.
Begin with your health history, questions, and goals. Your physician uses that context to guide a meaningful baseline assessment.
Work with a dedicated care team on shared priorities and practical next steps, with support for everyday primary care.
Return to your plan through recurring clinical review. Your team brings new information and changing needs into the conversation.
MEMBERSHIP AT A GLANCE
Membership is not health insurance. Insurance remains important for hospital care, specialists, procedures, medications, and services outside the membership.
