The team knows your history and your goals, and your physician is available the same day by video, phone, or text. Membership includes a two-hour intake, whole-genome sequencing read for what you can act on, blood work at home, and a quarterly review focused on one priority at a time.
The Manhattan Beach Center at 1000 North Sepulveda Boulevard is open from Monday to Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. In the evening and on Sundays, the Santa Monica Center at 2811 Wilshire Boulevard has longer hours, and the Beverly Hills 24/7 Center never closes. Some testing never needs a trip: your blood is drawn at home, the seven-night sleep study takes place in your own bed, and you wear a continuous glucose monitor through ordinary days. Your team books DEXA and VO2 max at partner centers near you.
Traditional primary care panels often run into the thousands. Each PrimaryMD care team is capped at 150 members, so your team has time to know you.

Is there a PrimaryMD location in Manhattan Beach?
Yes. Our care network's Manhattan Beach Center is at 1000 North Sepulveda Boulevard in Suite 150 and is open Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Your physician-led team works with you remotely.
Where is baseline testing done for Manhattan Beach members?
Only DEXA, VO2 max, and imaging your physician recommends require a trip, to partner centers near you. Blood work, the sleep study, and the glucose monitor are all done at home, and your care team schedules each step.
Can I be seen after hours near Manhattan Beach?
Not in Manhattan Beach itself after 5 p.m. or on Sundays, but the Santa Monica Center keeps evening hours until 11 p.m. Monday to Friday and 8 p.m. on weekends, and the Beverly Hills 24/7 Center is open around the clock. For an emergency, call 911. Whatever happens there is shared with your PrimaryMD team.
