Hermosa Beach members get a PrimaryMD physician-led team that works with them remotely and the Manhattan Beach Center next door, part of our care network, for exams, lab work, and urgent needs. Your team is a lead physician plus a medical assistant, a care coordinator, and an exercise physiologist, and you can reach them by video, phone, text, and email. Membership starts with a two-hour intake and a six-week baseline, and each quarter your physician reviews one focus with you, such as metabolic health or cancer prevention.

The Manhattan Beach Center, in Suite 150 at 1000 North Sepulveda Boulevard, keeps hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. from Monday to Saturday. Outside those hours, our Santa Monica Center at 2811 Wilshire Boulevard stays open into the evening and the Beverly Hills 24/7 Center never closes. Your blood draws, sleep study, and continuous glucose monitor are handled at home. PrimaryMD arranges DEXA and VO2 max at a partner center near you and walks you through each result.

Traditional primary care panels often run into the thousands. Each PrimaryMD care team is capped at 150 members, so your team has time to know you.

What happens when I need care in person in Hermosa Beach?

Your PrimaryMD team sets it up, usually at the Manhattan Beach Center, and remains the quarterback for Hermosa Beach members from booking to follow-up. We send your history ahead, review the findings with you, and fold them into your plan. When a specialist or second opinion is needed, we find the right one, manage the referral and records, and help with insurance, so nothing slips between appointments.

OUR CLINICAL LEADERSHIP

Meet the physicians.

Get to know the physicians helping shape PrimaryMD’s approach to care. Our membership team can explain the care team and availability in your area.

HOW MEMBERSHIP WORKS

A clear beginning. Care that continues.

PrimaryMD brings primary care, prevention, and ongoing follow-through into one physician-led relationship. Your care team gets to know your history, priorities, and daily life, then works with you on a plan that can evolve over time.

  1. Understand your starting point

Begin with your health history, questions, and goals. Your physician uses that context to guide a meaningful baseline assessment.

  2. Build the relationship

Work with a dedicated care team on shared priorities and practical next steps, with support for everyday primary care.

  3. Review and adapt

Return to your plan through recurring clinical review. Your team brings new information and changing needs into the conversation.

MEMBERSHIP AT A GLANCE

One membership.
A continuing relationship.

  • A dedicated physician-led care team
  • Comprehensive intake and an individualized care plan
  • Recurring clinical review and coordinated follow-through

Membership is not health insurance. Insurance remains important for hospital care, specialists, procedures, medications, and services outside the membership.
