Rolling Hills members of PrimaryMD have a physician-led team that manages their care remotely and brings much of the testing to their door. That team, made up of the lead physician, a clinical exercise physiologist, a care coordinator, and a medical assistant, stays in touch by video, phone, text, and email. Your baseline includes whole-genome sequencing, physiology testing, and a seven-night sleep study at home, and a monthly exercise physiology session follows. When you need an exam or lab work in person, the closest center in our care network is in Manhattan Beach.

When something has to happen in person, your care team plans it. For exams, lab work, and urgent needs, the Manhattan Beach Center (1000 North Sepulveda Boulevard) is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Saturday. Partner centers near you are where DEXA, VO2 max, and imaging your physician recommends get done, while blood draws and the continuous glucose monitor stay at home. Before any visit, PrimaryMD sends your history ahead, and afterward we review the results together.

Traditional primary care panels often run into the thousands. Each PrimaryMD care team is capped at 150 members, so your team has time to know you.

What happens when I need care in person in Rolling Hills?

Your PrimaryMD team handles it from start to finish, whether you need the Manhattan Beach Center, a partner center for DEXA, or a specialist near Rolling Hills you have not met yet. We make the referral, send records, help with insurance and second opinions, and follow up after urgent or hospital care. One physician-led team keeps the whole picture, so you are not the go-between.

OUR CLINICAL LEADERSHIP

Meet the physicians.

Get to know the physicians helping shape PrimaryMD’s approach to care. Our membership team can explain the care team and availability in your area.

HOW MEMBERSHIP WORKS

A clear beginning. Care that continues.

PrimaryMD brings primary care, prevention, and ongoing follow-through into one physician-led relationship. Your care team gets to know your history, priorities, and daily life, then works with you on a plan that can evolve over time.

  1. Understand your starting point

Begin with your health history, questions, and goals. Your physician uses that context to guide a meaningful baseline assessment.

  2. Build the relationship

Work with a dedicated care team on shared priorities and practical next steps, with support for everyday primary care.

  3. Review and adapt

Return to your plan through recurring clinical review. Your team brings new information and changing needs into the conversation.

MEMBERSHIP AT A GLANCE

One membership.
A continuing relationship.

  • A dedicated physician-led care team
  • Comprehensive intake and an individualized care plan
  • Recurring clinical review and coordinated follow-through

Membership is not health insurance. Insurance remains important for hospital care, specialists, procedures, medications, and services outside the membership.

YOUR QUESTIONS

A few helpful answers.

Is there a PrimaryMD location in Rolling Hills?

Not in Rolling Hills itself. Our nearest care network center is in Manhattan Beach, and at 155 North San Vicente Boulevard, our Beverly Hills 24/7 Center is open around the clock.

Where is baseline testing done for Rolling Hills members?

Your care team arranges it: a mobile phlebotomist comes to your home for blood work, your sleep study and glucose monitor happen there too, and DEXA and VO2 max take place at a partner center near you.

Where can I get urgent care at night near Rolling Hills?

Off the Peninsula, at the Santa Monica Center (2811 Wilshire Boulevard) until 11 p.m. on weekdays and 8 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, or at any hour at the Beverly Hills 24/7 Center. For an emergency, call 911. Your PrimaryMD team receives the visit details and folds them into your plan.
