In Los Angeles, PrimaryMD membership gives you a physician-led team of four that cares for you by video, phone, text, and email and arranges everything that happens in person, from blood draws at home to visits at our care network centers in Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, and Manhattan Beach. The first six weeks lay the groundwork: your records are gathered, you spend two hours with your physician at intake, and you receive one prioritized plan. The rest of the year follows that plan, with a quarterly physician review built around a single focus and a monthly exercise physiology session.
Most of the baseline comes to you. A mobile phlebotomist draws blood at your home, and the seven-night sleep study and continuous glucose monitor are done at home too. DEXA, VO2 max, and any imaging your physician recommends happen at partner centers near you, whether home is Pasadena, Hancock Park, or the South Bay. Exams, lab work, and urgent needs go to our care network, where the Beverly Hills 24/7 Center never closes. Your team books each visit, sends your history ahead, and goes over every result with you.
Traditional primary care panels often run into the thousands. Each PrimaryMD care team is capped at 150 members, so your team has time to know you.

Where are PrimaryMD's locations in Los Angeles?
Our care network has three Los Angeles centers: the Beverly Hills 24/7 Center at 155 North San Vicente Boulevard (open 24/7); the Santa Monica Center at 2811 Wilshire Boulevard, Suite 850; and the Manhattan Beach Center at 1000 North Sepulveda Boulevard, Suite 150. Your physician-led team is remote, and it books, briefs, and follows up on every visit, wherever in Los Angeles you live.
Can I get care after hours in Los Angeles?
Yes: the Beverly Hills 24/7 Center is open around the clock, and the Santa Monica Center takes weekday visits between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. and weekend visits between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. For an emergency, call 911. Your PrimaryMD team follows up on any after-hours visit, and between visits your physician is reachable the same day by video, phone, or text.
How much does concierge medicine cost in Los Angeles?
Membership is $18,000 per year, billed annually, the same as in every market. That covers your care team, a baseline that measures 100+ biomarkers, whole-genome sequencing, and evidence-led longevity care that does not chase trends. It is not health insurance, and your insurance stays important for hospital care, specialists, procedures, and medications.
