Very little of the baseline requires a trip. A phlebotomist comes to your home for blood draws, and the seven-night sleep study and continuous glucose monitor fit into ordinary days and nights there. Your care team finds a partner center near you for DEXA, VO2 max, and imaging your physician recommends. Exams, lab work, and urgent needs are handled at the Beverly Hills 24/7 Center, open at any hour, or at the Santa Monica Center at 2811 Wilshire Boulevard. PrimaryMD makes the booking and follows up.
