In Brentwood, PrimaryMD membership gives you one physician-led team of four, with your lead physician supported by a care coordinator, a medical assistant, and an exercise physiologist, all reachable by video, phone, text, and email. The first six weeks collect your records, include a two-hour intake with your physician, and end with one prioritized plan. A quarterly review keeps that plan current. When you need an exam, lab work, or help with something urgent, our Santa Monica Center, part of our care network, is the closest stop.

Much of the baseline happens where you live. Blood is drawn by a mobile phlebotomist, and the seven-night sleep study and continuous glucose monitor are set up in your home. Your care team books DEXA and VO2 max, and any imaging your physician recommends, at a partner center near you. The Santa Monica Center at 2811 Wilshire Boulevard opens at 7 a.m. and closes at 11 p.m. Monday to Friday, with hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, and PrimaryMD sends your history ahead of every visit.

Traditional primary care panels often run into the thousands. Each PrimaryMD care team is capped at 150 members, so your team has time to know you.

Who coordinates my care in Brentwood?

Your PrimaryMD team coordinates it, whether the next step happens at home in Brentwood or at our Santa Monica Center. We arrange specialists, move records and referrals, help with second opinions and insurance questions, and follow up after any urgent or hospital visit. Since we sell no supplements and do not mark up tests, a recommendation from us never carries a sales motive. Your physician reviews each result with you, so the plan stays one plan.

Brentwood members usually begin the same way, with one conversation about their health and what they want from their care. Call our membership team at (415) 903-9242 or request a membership call, and we will explain how care works on the Westside and whether PrimaryMD is the right fit.

OUR CLINICAL LEADERSHIP

HOW MEMBERSHIP WORKS

A clear beginning. Care that continues.

PrimaryMD brings primary care, prevention, and ongoing follow-through into one physician-led relationship. Your care team gets to know your history, priorities, and daily life, then works with you on a plan that can evolve over time.

  1. Understand your starting point

Begin with your health history, questions, and goals. Your physician uses that context to guide a meaningful baseline assessment.

  2. Build the relationship

Work with a dedicated care team on shared priorities and practical next steps, with support for everyday primary care.

  3. Review and adapt

Return to your plan through recurring clinical review. Your team brings new information and changing needs into the conversation.

MEMBERSHIP AT A GLANCE

One membership.
A continuing relationship.

  • A dedicated physician-led care team
  • Comprehensive intake and an individualized care plan
  • Recurring clinical review and coordinated follow-through

Membership is not health insurance. Insurance remains important for hospital care, specialists, procedures, medications, and services outside the membership.

YOUR QUESTIONS

A few helpful answers.

Is there a PrimaryMD location in Brentwood?

Not in Brentwood itself. The closest is our Santa Monica Center at 2811 Wilshire Boulevard in neighboring Santa Monica, part of our care network, with centers in Beverly Hills and Manhattan Beach as well.

Where is baseline testing done for Brentwood members?

Mostly at home. A mobile phlebotomist handles the blood draws, and the sleep study and continuous glucose monitor are done in your own home, while your care team schedules DEXA and VO2 max at a partner center near you.

Where can I get urgent care at night near Brentwood?

The Beverly Hills 24/7 Center, open around the clock at 155 North San Vicente Boulevard, is the overnight option, and the Santa Monica Center stays open until 11 p.m. Monday to Friday. Either way, your PrimaryMD team gets the details and follows up.

What does PrimaryMD membership cost in Brentwood?

Membership is $1,500 per month, billed annually ($18,000 per year), the same price in every market. It is not health insurance, so your coverage still matters for hospital care, specialists, procedures, and medications.
