Beverlywood members of PrimaryMD work with a physician-led team of four (a lead physician, exercise physiologist, care coordinator, and medical assistant) who care for them remotely and book any in-person care at the Beverly Hills 24/7 Center, part of our care network. After a two-hour intake and a full baseline, your physician builds one prioritized plan in which every finding has a next step. Each quarter, a physician review takes up one focus, such as lipids, metabolic health, or cardiovascular risk, and the plan moves forward from there.

Your baseline is split between home and a few places nearby, and your team schedules each piece and follows up. A mobile phlebotomist visits for each blood draw, and the sleep study runs for seven nights in your own bed, with the continuous glucose monitor set up at home as well. Partner centers near you take care of DEXA, VO2 max, and imaging your physician recommends. For exams, lab work, and urgent needs at any hour, the Beverly Hills 24/7 Center serves Beverlywood, and your history arrives there before you do.

Traditional primary care panels often run into the thousands. Each PrimaryMD care team is capped at 150 members, so your team has time to know you.

What happens when I need care in person in Beverlywood?

When you need care in person in Beverlywood, your PrimaryMD team arranges it and stays the quarterback before, during, and after the visit. We book the appointment at the Beverly Hills 24/7 Center or a partner center and brief them on your history. If a specialist is needed, we find one, send the referral and records, help with insurance, and make sure what they recommend becomes part of your plan.

OUR CLINICAL LEADERSHIP

Meet the physicians.

Get to know the physicians helping shape PrimaryMD’s approach to care. Our membership team can explain the care team and availability in your area.

HOW MEMBERSHIP WORKS

A clear beginning. Care that continues.

PrimaryMD brings primary care, prevention, and ongoing follow-through into one physician-led relationship. Your care team gets to know your history, priorities, and daily life, then works with you on a plan that can evolve over time.

  1. Understand your starting point

Begin with your health history, questions, and goals. Your physician uses that context to guide a meaningful baseline assessment.

  2. Build the relationship

Work with a dedicated care team on shared priorities and practical next steps, with support for everyday primary care.

  3. Review and adapt

Return to your plan through recurring clinical review. Your team brings new information and changing needs into the conversation.

MEMBERSHIP AT A GLANCE

One membership.
A continuing relationship.

  • A dedicated physician-led care team
  • Comprehensive intake and an individualized care plan
  • Recurring clinical review and coordinated follow-through

Membership is not health insurance. Insurance remains important for hospital care, specialists, procedures, medications, and services outside the membership.

YOUR QUESTIONS

A few helpful answers.

Is there a PrimaryMD location in Beverlywood?

Not in Beverlywood itself. The nearest care network center is our Beverly Hills 24/7 Center at 155 North San Vicente Boulevard, and our Santa Monica Center at 2811 Wilshire Boulevard is another option. Your care team works with you remotely by video, phone, text, and email.

Where do Beverlywood members do their baseline testing?

At home and at partner centers near you. Blood work, the sleep study, and the continuous glucose monitor are all done at home; DEXA, VO2 max, and imaging your physician recommends happen at partner centers your care team books.

Can I be seen after hours near Beverlywood?

Yes. The Beverly Hills 24/7 Center is open at all hours, and the Santa Monica Center is open until 11 p.m. Monday to Friday. Whatever happens there goes straight to your PrimaryMD team.
