PrimaryMD members in Beverly Hills have a dedicated physician-led team of four who manage their care by video, phone, text, and email and coordinate everything that happens in person. Membership begins with a full baseline: blood work drawn at home by a mobile phlebotomist, a seven-night sleep study and a continuous glucose monitor at home, and DEXA and VO2 max testing at partner centers nearby. From there, your team reviews results and priorities with you every quarter and adjusts your plan as life changes.

When something needs to happen in person, it happens close to home. Our Beverly Hills 24/7 Center at 155 North San Vicente Boulevard is open around the clock for exams, lab work, and urgent care, and our care network also includes centers in Santa Monica and Manhattan Beach. Your PrimaryMD team books the visit, sends your history ahead, and reviews the results with you afterward, so every in-person visit becomes part of one plan.

Traditional primary care panels often run into the thousands. Each PrimaryMD care team is capped at 150 members, so your team has time to know you.

Who coordinates my care in Los Angeles?

Your PrimaryMD team does. Everything flows back to one physician-led team and one evolving plan, so the coordination does not fall to you.

OUR CLINICAL LEADERSHIP

Meet the physicians.

Get to know the physicians helping shape PrimaryMD’s approach to care. Our membership team can explain the care team and availability in your area.

HOW MEMBERSHIP WORKS

A clear beginning. Care that continues.

PrimaryMD brings primary care, prevention, and ongoing follow-through into one physician-led relationship. Your care team gets to know your history, priorities, and daily life, then works with you on a plan that can evolve over time.

  1. Understand your starting point

Begin with your health history, questions, and goals. Your physician uses that context to guide a meaningful baseline assessment.

  2. Build the relationship

Work with a dedicated care team on shared priorities and practical next steps, with support for everyday primary care.

  3. Review and adapt

Return to your plan through recurring clinical review. Your team brings new information and changing needs into the conversation.

MEMBERSHIP AT A GLANCE

One membership.
A continuing relationship.

  • A dedicated physician-led care team
  • Comprehensive intake and an individualized care plan
  • Recurring clinical review and coordinated follow-through

Membership is not health insurance. Insurance remains important for hospital care, specialists, procedures, medications, and services outside the membership.
