PrimaryMD in Calabasas is designed around what can come to you: a physician-led team of four you reach by video, phone, text, or email, and a baseline done largely at home. A phlebotomist draws blood at your house, and the sleep study and continuous glucose monitor happen there as well. Your first six weeks end with a single plan, and your physician reviews it with you every quarter. Our Santa Monica Center is the nearest place in our care network for exams, lab work, and urgent needs.

Our care network's nearest center sits on the other side of the Santa Monica Mountains, so membership in Calabasas leans on what we can do at home and by video. When a visit is needed, the Santa Monica Center at 2811 Wilshire Boulevard is open weekdays until 11 p.m. and weekends until 8 p.m. DEXA, VO2 max, and imaging your physician recommends are done at a partner center your team chooses near you; we book it and send your history ahead.

Traditional primary care panels often run into the thousands. Each PrimaryMD care team is capped at 150 members, so your team has time to know you.

What happens when I need care in person in Calabasas?

PrimaryMD plans it with you and does the legwork, picking a partner center near your home in Calabasas or the care network location that makes sense, and then following through. We book the appointment, send your records ahead, and walk you through the results. If you need a specialist or a second opinion, we find one and manage the referral and insurance questions, so you are not coordinating across Los Angeles on your own.

OUR CLINICAL LEADERSHIP

Meet the physicians.

Get to know the physicians helping shape PrimaryMD’s approach to care. Our membership team can explain the care team and availability in your area.

HOW MEMBERSHIP WORKS

A clear beginning. Care that continues.

PrimaryMD brings primary care, prevention, and ongoing follow-through into one physician-led relationship. Your care team gets to know your history, priorities, and daily life, then works with you on a plan that can evolve over time.

  1. Understand your starting point

Begin with your health history, questions, and goals. Your physician uses that context to guide a meaningful baseline assessment.

  2. Build the relationship

Work with a dedicated care team on shared priorities and practical next steps, with support for everyday primary care.

  3. Review and adapt

Return to your plan through recurring clinical review. Your team brings new information and changing needs into the conversation.

MEMBERSHIP AT A GLANCE

One membership.
A continuing relationship.

  • A dedicated physician-led care team
  • Comprehensive intake and an individualized care plan
  • Recurring clinical review and coordinated follow-through

Membership is not health insurance. Insurance remains important for hospital care, specialists, procedures, medications, and services outside the membership.

YOUR QUESTIONS

Not in Calabasas itself. The Santa Monica Center at 2811 Wilshire Boulevard is our nearest care network center, and the Beverly Hills 24/7 Center, located at 155 North San Vicente Boulevard, is open 24/7. Most routine care happens at home or by video.

Where is baseline testing done if I live in Calabasas?

As much as possible at home, where your blood draw, sleep study, and continuous glucose monitor all take place. Only DEXA and VO2 max need a partner center, which your care team books near you.

What happens if I need urgent care at night in Calabasas?

In the evening, the Santa Monica Center is the nearest option, open until 11 p.m. Monday to Friday and until 8 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, with the Beverly Hills 24/7 Center open through the night. For an emergency, call 911. Afterward, your PrimaryMD team checks in by video or phone.
