A PrimaryMD membership in Venice centers on a physician-led team of four, reachable by video, phone, text, or email, who also arrange any care you need in person. Your first weeks gather your records and family history, then a two-hour intake leads to one plan where every finding has a next step: act, monitor, repeat, refer, or leave alone. Blood work is drawn at your home by a mobile phlebotomist. For exams, lab work, and urgent needs, our Santa Monica Center is the closest location in our care network.
Care in person is arranged for you. Your sleep study and continuous glucose monitor are done at home, and imaging your physician recommends, along with DEXA and VO2 max, is booked at partner centers near you. For exams and lab work, our Santa Monica Center at 2811 Wilshire Boulevard stays open until 11 p.m. Monday to Friday, and the Beverly Hills 24/7 Center is open around the clock. PrimaryMD books the visit and goes over the results with you.
Traditional primary care panels often run into the thousands. Each PrimaryMD care team is capped at 150 members, so your team has time to know you.

Not in Venice itself. Our Santa Monica Center at 2811 Wilshire Boulevard is the closest part of our care network, and 155 North San Vicente Boulevard is home to the Beverly Hills 24/7 Center.
Where is baseline testing done for members in Venice?
The sleep study and glucose monitor never require a trip, and neither does blood work, which a mobile phlebotomist draws at home. DEXA and VO2 max are done at a partner center near you, scheduled by your care team.
What should I do if I need urgent care at night in Venice?
Go to the Beverly Hills 24/7 Center, which never closes, or to the Santa Monica Center if it is before 11 p.m. on a weekday. Afterward, your PrimaryMD team reviews what happened and updates your plan.
