Membership with PrimaryMD in Pacific Palisades pairs you with a physician-led team that manages your care remotely and arranges whatever needs to happen in person. The team is four people: your physician, an exercise physiologist, a medical assistant, and a care coordinator. Together they build your baseline, turn it into a plan, and revisit one focus each quarter, such as lipids or cardiovascular risk. For an exam, lab work, or urgent care, our Santa Monica Center is the nearest part of our care network.
Start with what comes to you. Blood is drawn at your home, with two comprehensive panels and two additional draws each year, and the sleep study and glucose monitor are home-based too. DEXA and VO2 max happen at partner centers near you. For anything else in person, the Santa Monica Center at 2811 Wilshire Boulevard is open every day, and the Beverly Hills 24/7 Center never closes. Your care team schedules each visit and goes over the results with you afterward.
Traditional primary care panels often run into the thousands. Each PrimaryMD care team is capped at 150 members, so your team has time to know you.

Is there a PrimaryMD location in Pacific Palisades?
Not in Pacific Palisades itself. Our care network's nearest center is in Santa Monica at 2811 Wilshire Boulevard, and the Beverly Hills 24/7 Center is another option, at 155 North San Vicente Boulevard. Your physician-led team works with you remotely.
Where do Pacific Palisades members do their baseline testing?
Split between your home and a partner center near you. The blood draw, sleep study, and continuous glucose monitor happen at home, and DEXA, VO2 max, and any imaging your physician recommends happen at the partner center, booked by your care team.
What if I need to be seen at night near Pacific Palisades?
The Santa Monica Center is the closer choice, open Monday to Friday until 11 p.m. and weekends until 8 p.m., and past those hours the Beverly Hills 24/7 Center handles urgent needs around the clock. Notes from the visit reach your PrimaryMD team, who follow up and adjust your plan if needed.
