PrimaryMD membership in the Bird Streets of the Hollywood Hills gives you a physician-led team of four that manages your care remotely and sets up anything in person at the Beverly Hills 24/7 Center in our care network. Your team gathers your records, your physician leads a two-hour intake, and within six weeks you have one prioritized plan. After that, the team reviews your wearable and glucose-monitor data for trends, meets with you each quarter, and adjusts the plan. We sell no supplements and mark up no tests, so the advice follows the evidence.

Up in the hills, it helps that most of the baseline comes to you. Blood draws happen at your house with a mobile phlebotomist, and you do the seven-night sleep study and wear the glucose monitor there as well. Partner centers near you handle DEXA, VO2 max, and imaging your physician recommends. When you need an exam, lab work, or urgent care, the Beverly Hills 24/7 Center on North San Vicente Boulevard is open around the clock. We make the appointment, pass your history along, and talk through what they find.

Traditional primary care panels often run into the thousands. Each PrimaryMD care team is capped at 150 members, so your team has time to know you.

What happens when I need care in person in the Bird Streets?

For members in the Bird Streets, your PrimaryMD team arranges it and stays the quarterback, whether the visit is an exam at the Beverly Hills 24/7 Center or a scan at a partner center. We schedule it, make sure your history is there first, and go over the results with you. If you need a specialist or a second opinion, we find the right one and handle the referral, records, and insurance.

OUR CLINICAL LEADERSHIP

Meet the physicians.

Get to know the physicians helping shape PrimaryMD’s approach to care. Our membership team can explain the care team and availability in your area.

HOW MEMBERSHIP WORKS

A clear beginning. Care that continues.

PrimaryMD brings primary care, prevention, and ongoing follow-through into one physician-led relationship. Your care team gets to know your history, priorities, and daily life, then works with you on a plan that can evolve over time.

  1. Understand your starting point

Begin with your health history, questions, and goals. Your physician uses that context to guide a meaningful baseline assessment.

  2. Build the relationship

Work with a dedicated care team on shared priorities and practical next steps, with support for everyday primary care.

  3. Review and adapt

Return to your plan through recurring clinical review. Your team brings new information and changing needs into the conversation.

MEMBERSHIP AT A GLANCE

One membership.
A continuing relationship.

  • A dedicated physician-led care team
  • Comprehensive intake and an individualized care plan
  • Recurring clinical review and coordinated follow-through

Membership is not health insurance. Insurance remains important for hospital care, specialists, procedures, medications, and services outside the membership.

YOUR QUESTIONS

A few helpful answers.

Is there a PrimaryMD location in the Bird Streets?

Not in the Bird Streets themselves. For in-person care, members head down the hill to the Beverly Hills 24/7 Center at 155 North San Vicente Boulevard, part of our care network and always open. The Santa Monica Center at 2811 Wilshire Boulevard is farther west, and your physician-led team works with you remotely.

Where is baseline testing done for Hollywood Hills members?

Blood draws, the sleep study, and the continuous glucose monitor all take place at your home. A partner center near you is used for DEXA, VO2 max, and imaging your physician recommends, and your care team makes those appointments.

Where can I get urgent care at night near the Sunset Strip?

At the Beverly Hills 24/7 Center, part of our care network, which is open every night of the year. Your PrimaryMD team is updated on the visit and follows up.
