In Hancock Park, PrimaryMD care comes from a physician-led team of four who work with you remotely and book you into our care network's Beverly Hills 24/7 Center when something needs to happen in person. Before your two-hour intake, the team gathers records, imaging, medications, specialist notes, and family history, so your physician starts from your full story. From there, you get one prioritized plan, a quarterly physician review, and a team that handles referrals and second opinions for you.

Most in-person care starts at home: a mobile phlebotomist comes to you for blood work, and the sleep study and glucose monitor are home-based. DEXA, VO2 max, and imaging your physician recommends take place at partner centers near you. For exams, lab work, or urgent needs, head west to the Beverly Hills 24/7 Center at 155 North San Vicente Boulevard, which never closes, or follow Wilshire Boulevard out to the Santa Monica Center at 2811 Wilshire Boulevard. PrimaryMD books every stop.

Traditional primary care panels often run into the thousands. Each PrimaryMD care team is capped at 150 members, so your team has time to know you.

OUR CLINICAL LEADERSHIP

Meet the physicians.

Get to know the physicians helping shape PrimaryMD’s approach to care. Our membership team can explain the care team and availability in your area.

HOW MEMBERSHIP WORKS

A clear beginning. Care that continues.

PrimaryMD brings primary care, prevention, and ongoing follow-through into one physician-led relationship. Your care team gets to know your history, priorities, and daily life, then works with you on a plan that can evolve over time.

  1. Understand your starting point

Begin with your health history, questions, and goals. Your physician uses that context to guide a meaningful baseline assessment.

  2. Build the relationship

Work with a dedicated care team on shared priorities and practical next steps, with support for everyday primary care.

  3. Review and adapt

Return to your plan through recurring clinical review. Your team brings new information and changing needs into the conversation.

MEMBERSHIP AT A GLANCE

One membership.
A continuing relationship.

  • A dedicated physician-led care team
  • Comprehensive intake and an individualized care plan
  • Recurring clinical review and coordinated follow-through

Membership is not health insurance. Insurance remains important for hospital care, specialists, procedures, medications, and services outside the membership.

YOUR QUESTIONS

A few helpful answers.

Is there a PrimaryMD location in Hancock Park?

Not in Hancock Park itself. Heading west, the first center in our care network is the Beverly Hills 24/7 Center at 155 North San Vicente Boulevard, and the Santa Monica Center is farther west on Wilshire Boulevard. Your care team is remote and books every visit.

Where is baseline testing done for Hancock Park members?

Your blood is drawn at home by a mobile phlebotomist, and the seven-night sleep study and glucose monitor happen at home too. DEXA, VO2 max, and imaging your physician recommends are scheduled for you at a partner center nearby.

Can I get urgent care after hours near Hancock Park?

Yes, at the Beverly Hills 24/7 Center, which has no closing time. Your PrimaryMD team follows up afterward and updates your plan.

Do I still need health insurance?

Yes. PrimaryMD membership is not a replacement for health insurance. Insurance remains important for hospital care, specialists, procedures, medications, and services outside the membership.
