PrimaryMD membership in Palos Verdes Estates is built around a physician-led team of four that you reach by video, phone, text, and email. The first six weeks gather your history, include a two-hour intake, and end with one plan that says what to act on and what can wait. Blood work is drawn at home by a mobile phlebotomist: two comprehensive panels and two additional draws a year. For exams, lab work, and urgent needs, the Manhattan Beach Center, part of our care network, is the nearest stop.

Our nearest care network center is off the Peninsula, so much of your care is designed to come to you. The seven-night sleep study happens at home, as does the continuous glucose monitor, and your care team schedules DEXA and VO2 max, plus any imaging your physician recommends, at partner centers near you. When you do need to be seen, the Manhattan Beach Center is open six days a week, Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., at 1000 North Sepulveda Boulevard. PrimaryMD sends your history ahead of each visit.

Traditional primary care panels often run into the thousands. Each PrimaryMD care team is capped at 150 members, so your team has time to know you.

Who coordinates my care on the Palos Verdes Peninsula?

Your PrimaryMD team does, for members in Palos Verdes Estates and across the Peninsula, whether care happens at home, at a partner center, or at the Manhattan Beach Center. We stay the quarterback: booking visits, arranging specialists and second opinions, keeping records in one place, helping with insurance, and following up after urgent or hospital care. Your physician reviews every result with you and updates the plan.

OUR CLINICAL LEADERSHIP

Meet the physicians.

Get to know the physicians helping shape PrimaryMD’s approach to care. Our membership team can explain the care team and availability in your area.

HOW MEMBERSHIP WORKS

A clear beginning. Care that continues.

PrimaryMD brings primary care, prevention, and ongoing follow-through into one physician-led relationship. Your care team gets to know your history, priorities, and daily life, then works with you on a plan that can evolve over time.

  1. Understand your starting point

Begin with your health history, questions, and goals. Your physician uses that context to guide a meaningful baseline assessment.

  2. Build the relationship

Work with a dedicated care team on shared priorities and practical next steps, with support for everyday primary care.

  3. Review and adapt

Return to your plan through recurring clinical review. Your team brings new information and changing needs into the conversation.

MEMBERSHIP AT A GLANCE

One membership.
A continuing relationship.

  • A dedicated physician-led care team
  • Comprehensive intake and an individualized care plan
  • Recurring clinical review and coordinated follow-through

Membership is not health insurance. Insurance remains important for hospital care, specialists, procedures, medications, and services outside the membership.

For an emergency, call 911. Your PrimaryMD team learns what happened and follows up.
