Los Altos Hills members get the full PrimaryMD model through a physician-led team of four who learn their history and keep one plan up to date. After a two-hour intake, the baseline covers blood work, whole-genome sequencing interpreted for what's actionable, a seven-night home sleep study, and physiology testing with a clinical exercise physiologist. In person, your physician visits are at PrimaryMD San Mateo, with video visits in between; when you need lab work, urgent care, or care after hours, our care network's Palo Alto Center is the closest stop.

I-280 crosses Los Altos Hills, and Page Mill Road leads from it down into Palo Alto, toward our care network's Palo Alto Center in Suite 102 at 555 Middlefield Road. It opens at 7 a.m. on weekdays and closes at 11 p.m., with weekend hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Taking I-280 north instead brings you toward PrimaryMD San Mateo (101 South San Mateo Drive), which hosts physician visits Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. through 5:30 p.m. The San Francisco 24/7 Center, farther north in the city, is open 24/7.

Traditional primary care panels often run into the thousands. Each PrimaryMD care team is capped at 150 members, so your team has time to know you.

What sets PrimaryMD apart from concierge doctors in Los Altos Hills?

Concierge care improves time and access, and PrimaryMD adds a method for using them in Los Altos Hills. Each quarter your physician takes up one focus, such as lipids, metabolic health, cardiovascular risk, or cancer prevention, and the team turns it into specific next steps. Referrals, second opinions, records, and insurance questions are handled for you. There are no supplements to buy from us and no markup on tests.

OUR CLINICAL LEADERSHIP

Meet the physicians.

Get to know the physicians helping shape PrimaryMD’s approach to care. Our membership team can explain the care team and availability in your area.

HOW MEMBERSHIP WORKS

A clear beginning. Care that continues.

PrimaryMD brings primary care, prevention, and ongoing follow-through into one physician-led relationship. Your care team gets to know your history, priorities, and daily life, then works with you on a plan that can evolve over time.

  1. Understand your starting point

Begin with your health history, questions, and goals. Your physician uses that context to guide a meaningful baseline assessment.

  2. Build the relationship

Work with a dedicated care team on shared priorities and practical next steps, with support for everyday primary care.

  3. Review and adapt

Return to your plan through recurring clinical review. Your team brings new information and changing needs into the conversation.

MEMBERSHIP AT A GLANCE

One membership.
A continuing relationship.

  • A dedicated physician-led care team
  • Comprehensive intake and an individualized care plan
  • Recurring clinical review and coordinated follow-through

Membership is not health insurance. Insurance remains important for hospital care, specialists, procedures, medications, and services outside the membership.
