CARE IN YOUR AREA
Explore the area
From Los Gatos, PrimaryMD membership runs through a physician-led team of four, reachable by video, phone, and text between in-person visits. It begins with a two-hour intake and a full baseline. Blood work is drawn at home, the sleep study runs over seven nights in your own home, and your team reviews wearable and glucose-monitor data for trends. In-person physician visits take place at PrimaryMD San Mateo. Our care network's Palo Alto Center, the nearest location to Los Gatos, is there for lab work, urgent needs, and after-hours care.
Los Gatos sits at the foot of the Santa Cruz Mountains, and I-280 and US-101 carry you north to our care network's Palo Alto Center at 555 Middlefield Road, which opens at 7 a.m. every weekday, closes at 11 p.m., and keeps shorter weekend hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Farther up the Peninsula, PrimaryMD San Mateo at 101 South San Mateo Drive is where physician visits happen, between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. on weekdays. Up in the city, the San Francisco 24/7 Center on Van Ness Avenue never closes.
Traditional primary care panels often run into the thousands. Each PrimaryMD care team is capped at 150 members, so your team has time to know you.

Discuss care in your areaConcierge care improves time and access, and PrimaryMD offers both, but for Los Gatos members the bigger difference is how far the relationship reaches. Your team coordinates specialists, collects the records, handles referrals and second opinions, and folds every result back into one plan. Our advice carries no side interest, because we sell no supplements and do not mark up tests.

HOW MEMBERSHIP WORKS
PrimaryMD brings primary care, prevention, and ongoing follow-through into one physician-led relationship. Your care team gets to know your history, priorities, and daily life, then works with you on a plan that can evolve over time.
Begin with your health history, questions, and goals. Your physician uses that context to guide a meaningful baseline assessment.
Work with a dedicated care team on shared priorities and practical next steps, with support for everyday primary care.
Return to your plan through recurring clinical review. Your team brings new information and changing needs into the conversation.
MEMBERSHIP AT A GLANCE
Membership is not health insurance. Insurance remains important for hospital care, specialists, procedures, medications, and services outside the membership.
