CARE IN YOUR AREA
Explore the area
In Hillsborough, PrimaryMD membership means one physician-led team that holds your whole health story: your lead physician, plus an exercise physiologist, a care coordinator, and a medical assistant. The first six weeks gather your records, build a baseline around a two-hour intake, and turn it into one prioritized plan. Physician visits happen at PrimaryMD San Mateo or by video. Our care network adds the San Francisco 24/7 Center and the Palo Alto Center for lab work, urgent needs, and after-hours care.
Hillsborough shares a border with San Mateo, which keeps your clinic close. PrimaryMD San Mateo sits in Suite 311 at 101 South San Mateo Drive, near the downtown San Mateo Caltrain station, and it sees members for physician visits Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. For nights and weekends, follow US-101 north to Van Ness Avenue. At 1005 Van Ness, our care network's San Francisco 24/7 Center never closes. The Palo Alto Center at 555 Middlefield Road keeps weekday evening hours until 11 p.m.
Traditional primary care panels often run into the thousands. Each PrimaryMD care team is capped at 150 members, so your team has time to know you.

Discuss care in your areaConcierge care improves time and access, and PrimaryMD puts both to work inside a fuller model of care for Hillsborough members. Your team turns a thorough baseline into one plan that says what to act on, what to watch, and what to leave alone, then carries the follow-through: referrals, records, second opinions, and help with insurance. Nothing we recommend comes with a sales motive, because we sell no supplements and do not mark up tests.

HOW MEMBERSHIP WORKS
PrimaryMD brings primary care, prevention, and ongoing follow-through into one physician-led relationship. Your care team gets to know your history, priorities, and daily life, then works with you on a plan that can evolve over time.
Begin with your health history, questions, and goals. Your physician uses that context to guide a meaningful baseline assessment.
Work with a dedicated care team on shared priorities and practical next steps, with support for everyday primary care.
Return to your plan through recurring clinical review. Your team brings new information and changing needs into the conversation.
MEMBERSHIP AT A GLANCE
Membership is not health insurance. Insurance remains important for hospital care, specialists, procedures, medications, and services outside the membership.
