CARE IN YOUR AREA
Explore the area
PrimaryMD works in Woodside through one physician-led team, rounded out by an exercise physiologist, a medical assistant, and a care coordinator, who get to know you well over time. It begins with a two-hour intake and a baseline that measures strength, fitness, sleep, and metabolic health, then a monthly session with your exercise physiologist and a physician review every quarter. Visits with your physician happen at PrimaryMD San Mateo or by video, and our care network's Palo Alto Center covers urgent needs, lab work, and care after hours.
I-280 runs right through Woodside, and Woodside Road links the town with Redwood City and US-101. Take I-280 north and SR-92 east to reach PrimaryMD San Mateo at 101 South San Mateo Drive, where physician visits take place each weekday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Heading the other way, our care network's Palo Alto Center (555 Middlefield Road) stays open late, until 11 p.m. on weeknights, and is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. At 1005 Van Ness Avenue, the San Francisco 24/7 Center never closes.
Traditional primary care panels often run into the thousands. Each PrimaryMD care team is capped at 150 members, so your team has time to know you.
PLAN YOUR VISIT
Explore the locations below, then talk with our membership team about your location and the available options for care.
Discuss care in your areaTime and access are what concierge care improves, and PrimaryMD treats them as tools rather than the result for Woodside members. The result is a plan built on your baseline, kept current each quarter, and carried out by a team that books the referrals, gathers the records, and follows up after every urgent visit. We sell no supplements and do not mark up tests, so recommendations rest on the evidence alone.
OUR CLINICAL LEADERSHIP

HOW MEMBERSHIP WORKS
PrimaryMD brings primary care, prevention, and ongoing follow-through into one physician-led relationship. Your care team gets to know your history, priorities, and daily life, then works with you on a plan that can evolve over time.
Begin with your health history, questions, and goals. Your physician uses that context to guide a meaningful baseline assessment.
Work with a dedicated care team on shared priorities and practical next steps, with support for everyday primary care.
Return to your plan through recurring clinical review. Your team brings new information and changing needs into the conversation.
MEMBERSHIP AT A GLANCE
Membership is not health insurance. Insurance remains important for hospital care, specialists, procedures, medications, and services outside the membership.
